My lower body depresses me. I play hockey 6 times a week (goalie) and go to the gym inbetween. But I still hate my lower body. What's the best way to get those sexy calf muscles, sleek thighs and a perky bum?

At the moment I do the elipitical, bike, treadmill, but can't do things like squats or lunges because of bad knees.

Any suggestions?

I have a restrictive diet, i limit myself to 1000-1100 calories a day

Although it's not clear exactly what it is about your lower body that you don't like, weight loss through calorie restriction will make those areas smaller.

If you have less fat over your muscles, you'll be able to see the definition of the muscles which are undoubtedly there, given your athletic activities.

I have got a suggestion.

Try getting a healthy lower body instead of getting a sexy one.


Also, exercise te lower body any way you can, it'll be fine.

It sounds like you are doing it all and it sounds like you get pleanty of that just keep working out -----a lot of walking helps your leg tone

I did the bike and now I do spinning. Trust me I almost guarantee it, try spinning it changed my lifee!
