If I'm writing about myself I tend to use the word I alot, I can't think of anything else to put in it's place. Get it.

Completely, utterly, brilliant, and totally. (When describing anything it's almost 100% likely I will use one of those four.)
I also say, "and then he goes, '[blah, blah]'" or "and they he went '[blah, blah]'" when reenacting a dialog between two people. I think it's my effort to try and get away of saying, "and he was like '[blah, blah]'" but at least the latter is more of a norm for someone my age to say.

"OUCH!! that f***** handle!!"....every time I bend down to the lower kitchen cupboard then smack the top of my head on the bottom of the microwave handle when I stand back up!!!
