Wow how did you manage to go 4 years with this. I had the same problem a month ago and went to the hospital, cause it drove me nuts! The doctor told me that it was fluid in my middle ear. She gave me an anti biotic and benadryl. She told me that if it doesnt clear up that I may need tubes in my ears to drain them. I think you need to see a doctor, because you might need a prescription, or tubes. You better not wait to much longer because it can cause temporary deafness if thats what you have. Or even worse maybe you have something that will cause permanent damage. Good Luck!

I had that same problem, my doctor gave me some medicine for my ears that cost around $8 and it worked in about a week. Its a perscribtion nasal spray, and it had a rino on the box, but I can not remember what its called right now. Do not try earpopper without asking your doctor first, sometimes it causes more damage then help.

If this has been going on for 5 years you should have long since seen an ENT doc to find out what is going on. See the doc and get this checked out. Once you are done at the ENT doc then see an audiologist for a complete hearing test to be sure that isn't part of the problem. Your hearing is to important to have let this go one for 5 years without seeing a doc for this.

give a call to your doctor it might be something more serious than just feeling pressure. alls you have to do is call his office and ask for the nurse they help out alot for little questions like that. talk to a professional before you go off trying something you might have an allergies reaction to because it worked for someone for flying and has no clue how it affects you.
