Does anyone know if Butterfly Bakery muffins are mislabeled?

The muffins say that there is only 75 calories per 1/2 a muffin but they are pretty big and they taste real too...could it be a mislabeling?

Butterfly bakery is a very responsible company.They don't have to lie about nutritional labels.What you see is what you get.Period.
