Well, Adam certainly took care of animals that were meant for food, so common sense says they ate meat along with fruit and veggies.
What DID NOT happen in the garden is the "Eve ate an apple and that was her sin"
deal. Thats not written in the Bible. Its crap.

To deegarry:

Where does the Bible say that Noah was not to eat pigs after the flood. The Bible says that God told Noah, "Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. As I gave you the green plants, I give you everything." Note that it doesn't say "every moving thing that is clean". According to the Bible, God allowed man to eat ANY meat after the flood.

To Zip-a-Dee-Doo-Dah:

You wrote, "We were vegans and so were animals but man's sin changed all that." Where does the Bible teach that animals such as lions, wolfs, and other carnivores were vegans?

Gen 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb yielding seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for food:
Gen 1:30 and to every beast of the earth, and to every bird of the heavens, and to everything that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for food: and it was so.

We were vegans and so were animals but man's sin changed all that.

Weird Darryl, If you would have read the verse I posted you would see that it says EVERY beast that includes (lions and wolves) were instructed to eat herbs for food not flesh or it would have said that .

Adam & Eve never ate meat! When the flood of Noah was finished, there weren't fruits & veggies of any kind, so God made it known to eat meat! Certain meat (certainly not pigs)

I think it is a myth so it really doesn't matter. The same story has carnivores eating plants. Go figure.
