Out of body expierence?

If anyone had this expierence, can they tell me what happened to them in detial?

I came home after a hectic day and went to take a short nap. I could hear music playing real loud (rock n roll). But I could not get up to check on it (as I lived alone). I found that I was paralyzed.
Suddenly there was a loud “gushing” sound in my ears and I felt as I was starting to float out of my body. I fought my way back and then this strange trembling/vibration ran through my body, and I floated out. A few seconds later I was back in my body.

Years later I started having Lucid Dreams, which sometimes produce the same effect. I know suspect that I had a “whole brain dream” and not an out of body experience.

I've never felt it but many of my uncle's have.1 day i too will love to see it.
But i have a video of a man from ..... I dont remember it,who was raised from the dead in a Reinhard bonke's meeting.This man explains the out of body experience.
He says that he went to heaven after he died of an car accident,and saw many children of god worshiping the almighty god.He even says that he too wanted to join them but the angel didnt allow him to....
I think i'll not b able to explain it here bcoz its too long to explain it here.
