continue to be her friend and support her, i would not interfere in someone elses relationship unless he is beating her up (mentally or physically) dont think of yourself as a backup.. you are someone she is obviously considering but she doesn't want to just give up on the other relationship for what ever reason.. it is best to stay friends if you like her and wait for things to happen, i dont think this situation needs to be forced, if she wants you more she will break up with her boyfriend, in the mean time you should feel free to pursue other relationships... good luck to you

talk to her about it. See if she likes you. I think she does. But tell her since she has a bf, that she needs to backoff cuz she already has someone. If she doesnt, just tell her that you cant be friends if she cant understand.
