I am planning to go on a 3 night cruise in April if possible and was wondering which line you think would be best for not having to see many children. I have been on disney and have almost never seen kids cause of the kid activity centers does Carnival or Celebrity offer similar things? I can't afford Disney right now.

Since you are going during spring break, it is going to be a little harder to find a ship with few kids. Disney is really great with their kids programs, so most kids spend a good amount of time in them.

Carnival, in my experience, has been the worst with kids. They offer kids programs, but there still seems to be a lot of kids running around.

Royal Caribbean is still inexpensive, but also has quite a few kids onboard. If you look at a ship like Rhapsody, the average age tends to be a little older. But again, you are looking at a spring break time and that means more kids on most lines.

Celebrity will be a little better because they are less common for families and don't offer as much for the children. If there are families onboard, you may see more kids because there isn't as much for them to do. If you are wanting a Celebrity ship, I would look at the Xpedition, in my Celebrity cruises, this one had the least children onboard, though I'm not sure it will be what you are looking for. Also, Celebrity may be a little higher than Disney, it is a little bit higher priced ship.

The best thing to do is to look at the ships that offer the least activities for children. This means fewer families will be onboard. Disney is the best for families and adults only because of their spectauclar kids programs. When I have gone with younger kids on cruises, they all loved Disney, others like Carnival were not quite as popular, so they didn't want to spend as much time there.

I hope this answers your questions!
