So, I have a small hole maybe an inch above my anus. It has never bled or leaked or anything like that to my knowledge. It does not hurt. It is completely hidden by my butt so only I know about it (and people I have told directly).
What could it be? Should I see a doctor about it.

More people have this than we realize. It is basically an undeveloped spina bifida. Completely harmless. Nothing to it. But that's what it is, if I'm understanding you correctly. You might have your Dr. check it out and make sure it really is closed off and harmless, but I'm sure it is if you are this old and it has never been a problem.
I am a RN and have seen more than my share of these, though, and they are absolutely harmless!!!!

some baby are born like this. You can have it surgical corrected if you wish.
