Since the lures you have listed are mainly what you would find in any bass fishermans tackle box (especially the soft plastic baits and jigs) and the crankbaits and spinners are common to any walleye or pike fisher, I would invest some time looking over all available online sources for fishing these species. Your local public library should have DVD's and many books on catching these freshwater gamefish.
A site I use and find very accurate on what lure to use under any given circumstance is this one.http://www.in-fisherman.com/ Just click on the links for each fish and enjoy the professionals point of view on lure usage.
I hope that you find the information useful to you, in addition to the posting BASS Fisherman posted above.
Best of luck.

Just go to the library and get some back issues of in-fisherman or bassmasters. There are always articles about using baits. Don't forget to watch the fishing shows, they are often corny and compact a three day fishing trip into 20 minutes but they can show you how to use and where to use the above baits.

1) an inline spinner.they range in sizes from 1/16 oz and up.the smaller ones are best used on light tackle, spinning.be sure to have a snap swivel tied to ur line,if u dont u will get alot of linetwist
2)this is a buzzbait, best used in the early morning or evening.it is a topwater prop bait.range in size from 1/8oz to 1/2 oz.you cast these to or over structure and reel it in fast enough to where the props are either on top of the water or just under the water causing a wake.
3)this is a jerkbait.u casn use this on either spin or casting reels.u cast this out and jerk it as u reel it in.it darts from left to right mimicking an injured baitfish
4)crankbaits........the best fish finding lure available.tie it to ur line and cast.they range from small to large sizes.i find they work well when u actually bump the bottom with these lures.u are able to cover alot of water in little time with these lures.
5)these are a type of jig.best fished in cover either using flipping or pitching technique.after u flip/pitch to cover u barely raise ur rod tip quickly causing it to jump from the bottom, then u let it fall back to the bottom and repeat this until u are out of the cover or hook a fish.
6)the jig...........best lure on the market as far as size of fish.fish it just like u would #5 lure.usually fished on heqvy line and rod/reel combo.pitch/flip to cover and hang on when u get a bite.just remember u have toi cross the eyes of the fish with a good hookset.
7)these lures u fish on a jighead.they are mainly used for small sport fish like bluegill, crappie, white bash.
u can fish it like a jig or u can swim it back to the boat
8)there are many different ways to fish this popular bait.
texas rig,carolina rig,trick rig,just to name a few.
i personnaly like the carolina rig myself.that is where u have a leader between the worm and the weight.lenght of leader varies due to water clarity.the clearer the water the longer the leader.the best way to fish these(in my opinon)is to cast over an extended point and reel them in over the point using a stop and go technique, kind like with the jig.
hope all this helps

make sure your rod and line match the weight of those lure, if they don't, they won't work the way they are intended to work. search on the net how they work, try diffirent types, color for your area. once you feel comfortable to any lure and its catching fish, stick to it, otherwise you gonna go crazy bringing a baggage full of lures everytime you fish.
