I think it s will feel uncomfortable because there not too much room to walk a lot on the plane I know some people slept on the plane. I heard some people want to fight the flight attendant because they fustration. When i read the newspaper they say the bathroom was stink that the flight attendant have to open the door for people to get air because the power was out and the plane got stuck because of ice. I think that they should let them off the plane and walk them to the gate all they have to do is bring a lot of security just to be safe. People was saying that they see the gate and why can they just make us walk to the gate. Jetblue say they going to make it up for them by refunded they money and giving them free round trip flight in the future. If they stuck for up to more then three hours. Also during when the plane stuck Jetblue giving people salted crackers and other small snacks that won t be enough for 9 or 10 hours they can get hungry fast.

They couldn't walk to the gate because at JFK the airstairs were frozen to the ground. That is why the empty planes that where at the gates couldn't move so the planes with people on could deplane. They pushback trucks were frozen!

the biggestproblem is water. on a short flight they may not have enough, and since they don't let people bring there own anymore,it can cause undue stress. it does create the illusion of safety in most flights though.
Some older airplanes are designed with staircases, but the newer models tend not to.

BUMMER!! They should have procedures in place for emergencies like that. I was stuck in a plane for 1 1/2 hours and it was a real drag.
