Cheap & nasty? Look up the DXG model 202V for about $40 US. It comes with a 4:1 digital zoom, records to a SD memory card, has a LCD view screen and it's also a still camera and audio recorder. Runs on 2 AA batteries.

How much money are you planning on spending? I've had good luck w/ the cannon models and the consumer ones are under 400. You can always go onto ebay and find decent cameras for under 100 bucks. I bought my cannon camera 4 years ago and it was 400+. It still works great and i just saw the same model on ebay for 70 bucks. So If you are looking for under 100 I would suggest Ebay.
