I use an intensive conditioner once a week. When i use it I don't apply my normal conditioner after shampooing, but the one I bought recently instructs to use condtioner before it. Is this what I should be doing every time I use the intensive conditioner?

i would say just follow the instructions, if it gives them. if it says use conditioner before it, use the conditioner.

Try not applying the extra conditioner one time. Examine the results. If they're not suitable, add the conditioner the next time.
Good luck.

If it reccomends it, you should but you normally wouldn't need to. A good way to deep-condition your hair is to put it in your hair when it is dry, comb it through with a wide toothed comb to evenly distribute it, leave it for an hour or so, even overnight if possible and then shampoo and condition as you would.

yes i think you should
but only apply you normal conditioner to the tips of your hair- not the roots as it will get greasy quickly.
