No, Sarah, it doesn't.
(although I did have a Buddhist golden fish).
As long as your pets do not willingly go to a Rabbi, Vicar or an Imam and ask them to convert them, they are definitely not Jewish, Christian or Muslim.
My golden fish is a whole other story...
