Marry if your need but never have a physical friendship or unwed sexual relations, though not barred or prohibited in any Indian Law. Select one to suit your age, status and family (preferably a widow or divorced lady) and proceed further, even if she may have children through first husband. Both should treat children from previous spouses as if born to both and treat with due love and affection.
In one of such marriage the wife complained to husband later that: your and our children are teasing my children.

Yes, marriage is a union between two souls wanting to share life together throught the good and bad times. This life journey is enjoyable when shared by two people. Being alone is an option, however who wants to grow old by themselves.

Why not? Just find the right woman for your age and also who is a suitable mother for your grown up sons. They must accept her too.

Yes, you should. If you found someone that makes you happy and you feel you want to spend the rest of your life with I wouldn't be asking if. I'd be asking when should we. It's never to late to get married and find happiness. Do you really want to be alone for the rest of your life? Good luck with your future.

Yes sir you should marry even if you have crossed 45, provided you are fit physically. But one advice to you, please marry a girl whom you love and make sure that she loves you too.
