I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.
I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.
It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Just running alone wont work by itself. If you run for about like, 2 hours and then eat a hamburger from McDonald's then all that running was wasted. And losing too much weight quickly isn't always safe. Id stick to maybe 3-4 pounds a week, maximum. Just pay attention to all the foods you eat, and try to keep the calories under control.

I think that the best for of excercise is trampolining . You only need a little one and you can burn over 10,000 calories in only 1 hour . I have put together a website with trampolines on that will hopefully intrest you in loosing weight .

The one which you like to do. I enjoy the treadmill and run a half hour a day, I also walk 40 mins at lunch. If I had to do, say a stationary bike, I would hate it, therefore I wouldn't do it. Other people hate treadmills but enjoy swimming, so they swim. You need to find something you like to do and will be willing to do it just about everyday.
AND DON'T LOOK FOR QUICK WEIGHT LOSS RESULTS!!!.

The best exercise for quick long term weight loss is a mixture of cardio and weight training. My trainer makes me do one hour of cardio one day and the next day 15 min of cardio then weights then another 15 min of cardio. It's been great.

All weight loss through exercise works in exactly the same way. If your energy demands exceed you energy intake through food you will lose weight. Each exercise varies in the energy demands needed and exercise which requires greater physical exertion will use more energy that less demanding exercise. Heart and breating rates will go up if you are exerting yourself.
