The age answer I have to leave to the other answers.
Make sure you have good posture; it seems "fashionable" for teens today to walk slightly swaybacked. This is NOT good for your spine let alone your height. I have the feeling you are slender and walk fairly straight.
Don't make the mistake of higher heels to do it;also bad for back and feet.
Do you think chiropractic is okay ???
I say this bec. I had a curve in my upper spine and w/chiropractic and weight lifting and hanging from a bar, my spine got straight ON XRAY. Altho' I only gained about 1/2 inch, I WAS in my 30's!!
Exercise is a good idea; it'll make your bones strong if it is weight bearing and keep you healthy for a long time. Then, do wait. Check your family too; any tall relatives ???
My dad was tall; my mom short. My sister got most of the ht. I still want to be taller, but, w/the compliments I get from guys--hey, who cares!
But, I hope you do get what you want.

You don't stop growing until you're 21. However, there is no way of telling how many more inches you'll grow. If you've already gone through a growth spurt, then I would say that you'll only grow 1-3 inches tops. A good way to "appear" like you're taller is by sticking your chest out and standing up straight. Also make sure to get in plenty of calcium. It determines one third of your height. And remember, height does not determine the man.

How tall you grow is genetically programmed and can be estimated from your parent heights.
The midparental height is a common way to estimate what your target adult height will be based on your parents' heights.
The equation is as follows:
Boys: average parental heights and add 6.5 cm (or 2.5 in)
Girls: average parental heights and subtract 6.5 cm (or 2.5 in)
The period of growth is variable and depends on where you are in puberty. Once puberty ends, height growth ends. You can figure out where you are in puberty by figuring out what Tanner stage you are in (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tanner_stage). If you are Tanner 1-4, you have some growth potential left (more with Tanner 1, less with Tanner 4). Once you're Tanner 5, your height is probably your adult height.
Growth charts are useful to gauge whether you are "normal" for your age. Remember, "normal" also depends on your parents. If your parents are very short, it may be "normal" for you to be very short as well, even if it doesn't look "normal" on the following growth charts.
Boys:

Girls:

If you are still concerned about your height, talk to your pediatrician, who hopefully can answer your question. If not, he may refer you to an endocrinologist (a hormone doctor) who can decide whether your growth is normal or whether you may need medication to help you grow.
Things that will NOT help you grow (common myths)
eating less/more
exercising less/more
steroids
hanging on monkey bars

Your height is determined by genetics. Eat properly, get enough sleep, pay attention to good health. That's what will help your body reach it's full potential for height.
