First of all, God says CLEARLY in the Torah, in the Bible, and in the Quran, that he CREATED Adam and Eve, so therefore they do not have any biological parents, they are just creations. As for the komodo dragons virgin birth, if you read it, it says that most lizards can reproduce as virgins if males are unavailable. It is natures way and God's way of saving a species. Just like some plants reproduce asexualy, animals can do it too.

If you had seen Jurassic park part 2 the scientist or anthropologist explains parthenogenesis and also said that nature will always look for a way to reproduce, like in the case of the dragons or sperm were kept store in the female. I bought a female land crab for my fish tank a year ago and this winter she had a brew with about 900 crabs. Land crabs often hold sperm until they molt.
in the case of Adam. Adam was created from the dust and became a living soul but the most amazing thing is that Eve came from Adam.
In the case of Jesus, God the Father overshadowed Mary by the power of the Holy Spirit begetting Jesus in Mary's womb.

Sometimes the mother is both, but in those cases the male seed has come from the mother and therefore the offspring is not created through divine intervention or no male seed has been used and the young is a clone but once again the significance is their is no mystical fathering of the offspring.

However, in the case of Jesus the male seed came from the Holy Spirit and more importantly fertilized Mary's egg without any means of intercourse or insemination, which is what makes it a virgin birth.

In the case of Adam and Eve they were "created" by the Father which is what makes Him the "Father". For from Him came all the children of men.

Adam and Eve have no Father or Mother because God created them as adults not babies. Animals were created in the beginning also. Jesus was from a Virgin birth and God made him in His mothers womb. He came upon the Virgin Mary.

God can do anything He chooses to do and create what he chooses. You are right, when he says "let there be", it will be so!
