How can I attract other's girlfriend?

Well there is a girl that I like very much and I know she has some feelings for me.But the problem is that she has a boyfriend and she prefers to spend most of her time with him. How can I attract her to myself more? Furthermore she used to be my friend for a period of time,then we broke up and after 4 months she came back to me but with a boyfriend!!!!!! Can you help me with this situation?

1: Give her chocolate at regular intervals.
2: Say you like to listen to people's problems and say it with a concerned look on your face. You may need to practise this in front of the bathroom mirror a few times first.
3: Buy her things - often.
4: Listen some more to her endless yapping and nod at the right bits as if you actually care.
5: She should now be yours. Unfortunately, by this point you probably won't want her.

The moral of the story: God screwed us over big time when he made us men.

but maybe she won't so leave her be and just be her friend
