Over the past month I noticed she didn't repsond to any of my messages sent to her on this online dating site. After realizing she might not be interested in me, I left a message with her on valentines day to say happy valentines and that i didn't get a message from her, wishing that i had a chance to chat with her, and that this would be the last message. I made this decision because i dont want to make her feel that i'm pestering her, there's no point, especially when this person isn't interested.
Two days after valentines day she replied me with her first message ever saying the below: "aww...that's so sweet. will you be my valentine? this year on valentine's day i just stayed at home and watched tv...hopefully in the near future i'll be watching tv with someone beside me :)
What does this message mean to you?

She was on her computer on V Day...she was weighing her options and opted out then. I'd OP out now if I was you. What's odd here is that you said it was her 1st and only message to you...No more attention for her and her ego...Not all women are like this...

That you were a day late, a dollar short and second fiddle. She had a Valentines date or someone other. Otherwise she too might of been sitting at the computer waiting for one of her prospects to respond. OH that's right, seems she already did.
Move on and move forward with building your personality skills and communication skills and more importantly, don't be afraid to pick up self help books women normally read and books about what make women tick. You may never totally understand every nuance and shade of Gray women use but you can at the least either have a keener understanding of women or be like me.... Ran as fast as I could when I figured out I am addicted to their financial and emotional punishment lol.

She is keeping her options open--she is having a good time with all the men paying attention to her (assuming there are men doing that) and she wants to keep stringing you along for when she gets bored or doesn't have anyone else to give her an ego boost.
Leave the ball in her court (so to speak) and see if she tries to contact you first.

She liked that you kept messaging her and when you decided to stop she wanted to keep stringing you along. Girls always do that. We LOVE attention. Even if its from someone we do not like.

it seems like that she only messaged you because no one else messaged her. she's just kinda settling for you since she has nobody else, and she wants somebody. im sure you're a great guy, but she is just "using" you because youre the only one who messaged her that.
