What's your opinions on "White Trash"?

White trash: poor white person who acts trashy.

and I don't mean all poor white people are white trash. just that the trashy ones just seem to catch the eye. And for those who say their isn't white trash you are wrong. believe me i live in texas and i have seen some messed up sh*t. Trashy can be hard to define too, but generally that would be the the welfare people who have their 4 kids running around barefoot cuz they have no money to buy shoes becuase their welfare check goes to buying beer and cigarettes which they litter everywhere becuase they are too ignorant to respect the earth, which they can't even spell earth becuase they didn't care enough about themselves to get an education, so now their barefoot children will probably follow in their foot steps becuase they didn't have good enough parents to teach them right from wrong. (whew...I know that was a run on but it helps to proove a point)

I think the term "white trash" was invented by racist people who wanted to say that non-white people who engaged in crime and Jerry Springer Show-type behavior were "typical of their race" and that "white trash" were white people who did the same thing when frankly, anyone who engages in crime and Jerry Springer Show-type behavior is the same kind of bottom-of-the-barrel person, regardless of race.

I think that these cultural behaviors are a combination of poverty, lack of education and a subculture that does not look down about acting like a moron over stupid things and indeed celebrates it.

Poverty and lack of education is not funny. Shooting your girlfriend because she slept with your cousin and having anyone in your community act like it wasn't the stupidest thing you could do is even less funny.

You should be aware that the term "White Trash" is a racist term used to differentiate between white people of low standards and "Black Trash" who are black (or mixed race) people who are of low standards.

We could really do without the racism!

They are uneducated, ignorant, uncouth, without manners and demand everything from everyone because somebody always owes them something.
