If it's a legal version, it should activate automatically. If it doesn't MSFT can help you activate over the phone.

If it is legal make sure youre online and go to Start>All Programs>Accessories>System Tools and it should be in there. if not it may just be under accessories or all programs. Or you can call Microsoft and activate it.
