You can forward your hotel to TAT for inclusion in their website, or see which of the hotel reservation website provides you with the promotion service, like www.asiarooms.com, www.directrooms.com, www.r24hotel.com, wwwthailandhotel.com, www.sawadee.com, www.sanuk.com etc etc. I am sure you can find them on the links in the websites.
You can also approach Bangkok Post to feature your hotel in their Horizon feature.
You are using a budget hotel site, and if your hotel is priced high, people will not be going to your hotel when they click on hostelworld website.
By the way, what hotel do you have? I will appreciate if you can email me your hotel contact details at tongbn@yahoo.co.uk. Thanks.

Hostelworld is a good web site, but there are others which offer similar prices with bigger international hotels.
You can obtain 4 star hotels with up to 3-4 beds starting from $25. 3 and 2 star properties are even less and some offer free inclusions and use of facilities.
It's also worth looking at the pictures to see an idea of what you might expect.
Hostels are not much cheaper - how could they be based on these prices. I've given you a link which is also in many different languages to assist.
I hope this helps. Good Luck.

Do you have a website for your hotel showing pictures of rooms and hotel facility. Also room rate is a must so we tourists can decide if it fit our budget. Pictures say a thousand words or more. Then link your site with www.banchiangmai.com, www.thaivisa.com. I would suggest link your site to sawaddee.com but it could be too expensive but check their rate out anyway, It could be in your advertisement budget.

I am not sure how much it will cost you but you can spread the word on this site: http://www.ajarn.com. This site is one of the most well known Expat/Teacher sites for Thailand. It gets a lot of traffic as well. Good Luck!
