is it illegal for a sixteen year old driver who has had their license for only two months to drive with more than one passenger?

in ohio it is. and this is spreading to a number of states including michigan. u are too new to have other teens in the car. distractions u cant afford. if u get caught, u stand a chance of getting ur license suspended for awhile.

Yes, there is a new law that states a 16 year old cannot drive with more than one passenger. Look up or call the the Michigan Secretary of State for the precise ruling. It is a fairly new law.

I remember reading about it in the Newspaper, but don't recall all the exact details. I just remember wishing the law had been in effect when my daughter was 16, so I hadn't had to feel like a mean parent, when we told her she had to have 6 months of driving under her belt, before she could cart around her friends. :)

Dont get caught is the only law I know.
