are people either early or late sleepers?

Used to be early 0400 I am up and at em. Some jobs we have made that change, now I wake up anywhere between 6 and 8 am. Really miss the early to rise thing.

Of late, all are late sleepers. Even though the dictum says " early to bed and early from bed make a man healthy.."

depends on what your deffintio of early and late is. 8 may be early to some people, and late to others.
