My boss drives a 97' Ford Expedition. For Christmas, my husband bought me a 2006 EB Expedition. Lately I've noticed my boss has started driving his wife's BMW alot. Jealousy?

Agreed Speck. It just seems odd that he wasn't driving it before. I certainly don't want to one up him. That would not play out well for me.

He could be driving the BMW because it may use less gasoline than the Expedition. Congratulations on your new automobile - wow what a nice present!

It might be, but at the same time he probably bought the BMW for his wife, and so he's actually just driving his other car.

I don't think he is jealous. Most people know that cars is not a indication of wealth or status. Some people have nice cars, and aren't even homeowners. I think that maybe he is just driving it to save on gas. My husband and I switch cars all the time, and we have four.

Why would your boss jealous of you? He makes more than you, he has higher position than you and maybe he's the one who bought his wife the BMW!
