i'm studck insdie, and realy itch to get some cardio done (it makes me feel better when i exercise)

i did 30 min or jumping jacks and other variations. will that burn as manly calories and the same benefits of jogging/running 30 mins?

stuck inside running in place will burn them off faster. One exercise gets boring try a number of them. sit ups,toe touching,twisting,shoveling snow is great if you have any
