ima size 12.... i dont know but im not that big actually , i used to wear a size 8 but it was a little tight and this size is good. i feel really fat... what can i do! i really wanna be skinnier and i cant go down!

im like 135 and i really wanna go down or at least geta shape i have a jelly belly and i hate it and .... i mean not be a stick caus ei think its disgusting too but just have a real nice body

I'm confused, do you like being a size 12 or not? I don't think a size 12 is too bad, but if you want to get back down to a size 8, then you need to work at it. So eating healthily and working out regularly is a must.
But if your body doesn't want to be a size 8, you can't make it. Maybe aim for a size 10, as that will be easier to maintain.

Can someone tell me why everyone is so obsessed with being skinny? If you are a size 12 then you are below the normal average. I just heard on the news the other night, that the average size of the normal woman is now a size 14. Do people not realize that being skinny is not healthy looking. MOST men prefer a little meat on their women. Same as women want some meat on their men. Who wants to hold a person and all you can feel is bones. That is disgusting. Just love who you are, and everyone will love you back. You are probably beautiful the way you look now.

had the SAME problem...nature DOES take its course but thre real answer to this for me is this...."WALKING"...and a LOT of it....i walked 3 to 5 hours a day and they disappeared. it sounds like a lot, but walking is so good for you....while walking, I lost 37 lbs in 6 weeks....of course i modified my dietary regimen....NO carbs except in the morning.....like ONE muffin...but use tofu as well...with soy sauce, you can have twice the weuight as any other protein and it does NOT make yu gain weight...use FIRM tofu and actually with bottled teruiyaki sauce, you can make what tastes like a great dish..land twice the amount of it as you would have itf you were to use filet mignon...!!!! Also, if yo uasdd horse radish to it, you can make a cottage salad and it is delicious!!!! I am not a vegetarian,, but tofu, the firm stuff. is amazing!!! So walk, use fresh and steamed veggies and try to use PAM instead of any other thing to stirfry...NO rice now. Only Protiens, no white oniions, use green scallions and know that if yu keep your protiein in halves of let's say 9 ounces per day ...but remember that three meals a day is paramount...This is the way that i did it and the weight poured off me, Including love handlws...what i loved was that each day i looked better and it blew not only MY mind, but people around me saw me turn into how i use to look when I had just gotten married.....well? it is now all up to you and I wish yo uthe best!!!!

OK, So what is your question? If you are asking how to lose weight, then you need to start working out. Go for daily walks, Do some jogging, Do some home workouts. Sit ups stuff like that. And don't eat so much. Not saying you do, BUT this is more of a reason for putting on weight. Like eat three squares a day and NOTHING in between. No snacks. cookies, ice cream candy, stuff like this.

get some protein powder from fitrx.com made by champions nut. eat alot of protein cereal skim milk and just do easy excise like squats twists jump up and down 100 times just do a 15 minute workout when you are watching tv its simple mind over matter stick with the plan...

im 5ft 7 in and weigh about 110 and i wear size 5 in one style size 7 in another and size 1 in another style. it might be the brand. if itf not the brand then it might be the way your shaped like i have big hips.

change your eating habits , no fat work out salads, fish, chicken if you want to just work out you will feel better
