You are the one who screwed up the relationship, so you have no say in what he wants to do. Though he also shouldn't be using you as a booty call.

It's time for both of you to move on since it doesn't sound like he is willing to forgive you.

First of all the problem lies in why you cheated on him in the first place if you love him so much. If you ever want there to be a chance with him you have to give him the space he needs. He is probably very hurt, but he is a man and they do need to have sex. That is the reason he comes over one day to have sex and the next he seems hurt. Maybe the break is also to see if you are willing to not screw around while he is taking his break. I think you should just be glad that he is even willing to talk about a second chance. I hope this helps.

He's feeling ambivalent because he does have actual feelings for you but he also feels betrayed and can't quite get over that betrayal. He may have learned too that you most likely had/have shared emotional intimacy with another (women are more inclined to do this when picking a partner for sexual relations) . His real issue is that he probably does not have someone else in his life right now - and is wobbling on his heels for direction. I'd let him go - UNTIL he comes reaching out for you. If and when he does - keep the sex out of it and re-establish your friendship, which should be the foundation of everything you have together.

cause you cheated on him.. that bond you and him had is now broken so the man don't know what to do. like you said some days he's cool and the next he's hurt. obviously he can't move on cause of what you did.. thats messed up. i think at this point he's doing the right thing. you say you love him but you cheated on him.. you don't cheat on the person you love. i know many say its a mistake but f*ck that, cheating is not a mistake.. you had time to lay there, you had time for your panties to come off and your telling me during that process you never stopped to think that its wrong and that your going to hurt him before you let another man put his thing in you?? BULLSH*T. give him space and time and let him heal if he recovers he'll come back if not you know why. make this a lesson learned.

i hope he's singing that song "what goes around comes around"

If you loved him, you would have never cheated. Let him go. You will only drag it on and hurt the both of you. The relationship is pretty much over.

He's doing this because you cheated on him. Surely you know that.
