how to put recorded video onto comp from digital camera?

i don't know if it matters, but I have a kodak easyshare CD33.
Anyways, When I record a video, and hook my camera up to my computer, i try to play the video and I can't. What program should it play on?

You just do what u would do for a picture but then you click load video.
