i find that its best to check the paper supply before i begin.
now i know huge fat people can fill the bowl many times because they eat so much and as such need more then one roll at a time but most normal humans can make do with a great deal less paper.
if i was to run out of paper i would do up my pants loosely and get some from another stall and then finish up there.
remember to wash your hands.
oh i don't suggest you give additional paper to fat people because they really do need to learn the proper amounts to eat and so this paper problem they have is really just a great lesson god has planned for them .

First, I would make a mental note to always check TP supply before sitting. Ask others for paper or if alone, get some paper towels and grit you teeth. Newspaper is always popular as well as Sears catalogue (favorite in outhouses long ago)
