A wondrous question for which I have no answer as I am still pondering why sour cream has an expiration date, why we park in driveways and drive on parkways and why cargo is transported by ship.

yes.
the mold that develops on Bleu cheese is the same as the mold that develops on any cheese.
Bleu mold which is intended to be a part of bleu cheese looks quite different from the Green fuzzy mold that means the cheese has gone bad.
