Of late (I mean like past one week) I have been having some dizziness coupled with headaches. Sometimes I just lose orientation and it is like the whole world is spinning around me. Can anyone please help explain this to me and what I can do to remedy it?
I was also wondering whether Aspirin would help?
Thanks

Well this sounds like the start of an interear problem. or its could even be a stert of Vertigo! never the less you should see a Dr. as soon as you can. Because left untreated it can lead to more LONG lasting problems! I know I have extreme Vertigo that cant be stoped ive had it for over 5 years and mine has got to the point that i have to wear diaper because i cant get up to go use the bathroom at times. So dont let this go you may end up like me Dizzy 90% of the time and wearing diapers 24/7.... If you think this cant get you down think again because it can and WILL!!!!

Sounds like an inner ear infection to me. I would suggest going to the doctor to rule this out. Ibuprofen would help the headaches but probably not do anything for the dizziness.

Headache is a pain in the head, scalp or neck. Headaches can be
caused by minor problems like eyestrain, lack of coffee or more
serious reasons like head injury, brain tumors, encephalitis and
meningitis. Taking painkillers continuously can have harmful side
effects, so it is better to modify your lifestyle. More information

that sounds like carbon monoxide poisoning to me. if you don't have a detector, get one. as for getting rid of your symptoms, I get migraines, so I have a few tricks I use.
if you rub alcohol with peppermint oil on your forehead that sometimes helps. acetaminophen and ibuprofen are always good, just be aware that overdosing on acetaminophen is easy to do so don't take any more than the bottle says.
