anything high in protien and low in carbohydrates,sugar and saturated fats,green leafy vegetables,white meat of poultry without skin,lean beef,pork,cucumbers,peppers,brocolli,onions garlic lots of water take a multivitamin as well

Nothing is better than pure water. But, if you have to drink other things, just be careful of their advertising. Allot of these drinks are filled with salts and sugars. Go for as low a carb as you can find. Allot of the high caffeine drinks are no better, and risk dehydrating you.
Water will make you feel fuller, rehydrate, give your body the true energy it needs, not just a temporary pump up, or a blast that will burn you out in minutes. Try putting some lemon or orange slices in the water for more umph!

Methamphetamine. No calories, and will keep you going until you crash hard a few days later.
