I know this sounds strange, but I really want to gain weight (my body has barely any reserve and it almost makes me feel anarexic at times - though I'm not). It's virtually impossible for me to gain weight to make me a normal weight (I'm 5'4" and 17 years old). Is there any way for me to gain weight without eating nothing but junk food?
