cute all these friends are misleading may be they are unaware..
take two vessels pour it between then some 7-10 times.....and pour it into a wide not warm conatiner and keepo it under fan for 4 minutes.....you can also immerse the same in a conatiner with cold water.....never keep it in the freezer before the ytem dips to room temp...

pour it into a slightly wide mouth vessel & stand it on a bed of ice & water kep in a bigger higher vessel, but do twirl it a bit while doing that so that the cooling can take place evenly. do not put hot milk in the freezer, its really bad for the refrigerator.

you can put it into freezer but before doing that, put something under the cup or the mug you are using to cool down, because it is not very good for freezer and don't do it more often.

Put it inside the freezer for about 6-10 mins!
If you use eversilver tumblers, they do not crack as well!
