Get a chlorine remover... Like Redken Aloe Rid. Use conditioner without wax additive. Redken, Paul Mitchell, Nexxus or BioSilk are all good. Remember that your hair will absorb 80% of what it can in the first 5 minutes. Then 5% every 5 min or so. So don't bother leaving it on more than 20 minutes. Oil conditioners just wash out. Pair that with a good shampoo and you will be good!

Get a really good conditioner and don't wash your hair every day. Condition every day and it should improve quickly. Pantene is a really good one.
