Sylvia's From Chinatown?

Does anyone know how to get to Sylvia's soul food restaurant in Harlem, from Chinatown. Subway directions please! Thank you!

You will want to take the #2 train and NOT the #1 (the number 2 train goes along Lenox Avenue, the #1 train goes along Broadway and you will have more walking to do). Where to get it depends on which station you are closest to. If you are closer to Canal and Broadway, take the Q, N or R train to 42nd Street/Times Square and change to the #2. If you are closer to Grand and Chrystie, take the D or B train to 59th Street/Columbus Circle and change to the #2. If you are near the #6 train, take it to 42nd Street/Grand Central Station and either take the shuttle or the #7 Flushing train to Times Square and change for the #2. Take the #2 train to 125th Street and exit at 125th Street and Lenox Avenue exit and walk north one block.

From Chinatown, you have to get on the 6 train all the way to Grand Central 42nd St. & transfer to the Shuttle to Times Square & catch the 1 & then ride. I know you have to take the 1 to get to Harlem, but I don't know where Sylvia's is. It may or may not be on 125th St. Almost everything is on 125th st!
