Best Guess... not well. You'll want at least 1GB of memory (though it can run with 512MB, not recommended), processor is mediocre at best, hard drive size is inconsequential (in this case) but you made no mention of your video card, that will be the most important factor here but don't disregard the other specs.

If you have a decent video card, it'll run but it won't run well.

The components you listed meet the minimum requirements to run GTA san Andreas. However, you also need a video card. You must have a 64mb card or btter to run it, 128 mb card is recommended. If you have on board graphics, unfortunately, it won't play. If you do not have a graphics card, you can get one that will play San Andreas for pretty cheap, I think I saw a Radeon 9600SE for only $35 or so the other day. Granted it is nothing new and smoking fast, but it will play San Andreas.

This will depend more on your graphics card than on just your basic system specs.
