Try www.puppydogweb.com You can search by states and breed. etc. They also have info on any dog breed you are looking for. Hope it helps.

There might possibly be a rescue group around your area that specializes in yorkies. Try typing in "yorkie rescue" on your computer and see what comes up. Another thing that you might want to think about is to go to www.petfinder.com and look at the CLASSIFIED ads. Then click on ADOPTABLE PETS, then it will have all the states listed. Click on TEXAS and then where it says SORT click on ANIMAL. This will put all the cats together, the dogs all together, etc. These are animals (dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, horses, small and furry, birds(I think) that all need homes for some reason. These animals are owned by people that need to be rehomed. This (to me) seems like a good way of finding a dog or whatever. Plus the people that need to have them rehomed know all about them, their likes, dislikes, how old they are, their past history, and if they are house broken, good watch dog, good with children, etc.
I hope that this will help you to find a dog that you want and hopefully give a much deserving dog a second chance at a new home.
I don't know if you want a puppy or a grown dog, but remember there are many GREAT grown dogs that are out there. a grown dog will bond with you just like a puppy will, but it might take a little longer. PLUS, then you don't have to go through all the chewing, etc of a puppy.
Hope this is of some help. Good luck in your search.

try puppyfinder.com/ livedeal.com/pet classifieds ads in your erea. just be careful check around for the best one. check the breed out .they do have alot of medical problems so if and when you do get one have the vet run test on the dog to make sure there are no health problems down the road.
