I was really stupid and when I signed my passport didn't sign my middle name which is printed on the passport. Is this going to be a problem or do I need to get another one??

if you hsve enough space between your first and last names, put your middle initial, but be sure you also carry another picture id with you such as state drivers license or state id that shows your pic as well as your name, just in case.
but it really would depend i guess on where you are going to, or coming from, and the mood of the customs person that is checking you in. i did the same thing, and always carry my drivers license and a copy of my birth certificate when i travel.

Hey, I just did something similar with my Canadian passport! Not only did I not sign my middle name, which is printed on the passport, I also signed my name as "Sandy" which doesn't match up with my given name of "Sandra" which is the official name printed on my passport. So I really messed things up! I was worried about it also as I was flying to both the US and Mexico in Jan. I took a few pieces of supplemental ID with me that also showed my given name as Sandra but my signature as Sandy ( drivers licence with photo, credit cards etc.) which wasn't even neccessary. They didn't even seem to inspect my passport too intensely. They just scanned it and everything was fine, no problem or questions about the signature not being an exact match. So you probably don't need to be too concerned about it, but because your passport is US and mine is Canadian you may want to check with your country's department of Customs and Immigration, or Homeland Security just to ease your mind.

Dont bother about it. A signature does not require a middle name. The first and last name is enough.

Not a problem. First and last is sufficient. If anyone requires your FULL signature for anything regarding your travels they will ask for it.

It shouldn't be a problem. If asked about it, tell them that it wasn't thought to be necessary.
