Marshmallows are nothing more than processed sugar with no nutritional value. They are great on 'smores, but I wouldn't make a steady diet of them if weight is a concern.

Marshmallows are basically puffed sugar with some carbs. It'd be about like drinking soda. Whatever you didn't burn off right away (and that'd depend on your metabolism) you'd store as glycogen in the liver and whatever excess calories you had for the day you'd store as fat. So......it depends on your metabolism.
