Is it better to wash at night and change underwear. Then wear the same underwear that you wore in bed, to work? Or is it better to wash every morning and change underwear??

I think it's probably better to wash in the morning and wear fresh underwear to work. Don't you sweat like a pint of sweat every night or something?

If you have a dirty job, then wash at night---but wear some comfortable (cotton or silk) shorts to bed. Then put on a clean pair of underwear in the morning.
If you have a clean job, then shower in the morning and put on clean underwear.

Wash it every night before sleep and let it dray. Wear another one to work. Wear loose clothes such as pyjamas in the night or if you are alone, you can sleep in nude too.
Replace your underwears every 6 months, atleast. I have seen many people not changing it for over 15-18 months!!!!

As others have said either don't wear anything to bed or just pj's or nightie. You should wash or preferably shower or bath morning and night. If you are going out in the evening you would feel much fresher when getting dressed wearing clean undies. You may get away with bra's more than a day but certainly not 'knicks......don't even think about it. Others smell body odour more than yourself. Think if you are unsure you did he right thing asking..........nobody here knows who you are!

Personally i would choose you dont wear underwear in bed and wash before and after sleeping?

I change underwear after taking shower at night before going to bed and then again after shower in morning. You wore them and sweat in them during the day then got into bed and sweat and had sex in the bed then want to keep wearing them. Go Ahead.
