i happen to believe that there is only one true god, and he doesn't love anyone. god is the world and everything in it, karma, coincidence, all of it. this universe and any connection to the probably millions of others. atheists are part of it, so i guess if you have to give god human attributes, if they are loved by any other creature, then they are loved by god.
i don't really think it's that important to put other peoples sprituality into the confine's of my personal belief system, in a way it's kind of like saying that my truths don't count unless i can make everyone a part of them, whether they want to be or not. but i did want to give you some kind of answer besides just the bible says so or they don't care about god.

God loves everyone, yes even atheists. Every sin is equal in the eyes of God and at any time that you repent your sins they are forgiven as long as you put your trust in our Lord God and his son Jesus Christ.
But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who mistreat you (Luke 6:27-28).
