how do i go about switching to windows 98, i need to for a program that will nor work on xp

right click the programs icon click on property then click the compaitability tab then use compatibilaty mode to run it off of windows 98 its pretty self explanitory once you get there

If the above recommendations won't work for the program you are trying to run, try this:

Install first Windows 98 before installing Windows XP without erasing Windows 98. During boot up the computer will ask you to select what system to use (98 or XP). Choose Windows 98.

Right click on the application

Click properties

Then look about to find something that says:
"How should the program be loaded" - Select Windows 98.

Sorry I can't be more specific- i'm using a mac at the moment...

Use compatibility mode rightclicking the files

theres no program as far as i know,tried it once but didn't work,srry.
