The gym membership. There is only one way to lose weight and keep it off....Lower intake of calories, increase burning of calories. No products helps this that does not use exercise and reasonable diet. Pill, gimmicks and shortcuts are for fools and waste your money.

Pills are no good for you. They do nothing except possibly temporarily make you lose weight in the most unhealthy way possible, most of the time its just taking away water weight and making you dehydrated. Not to mention, it contains chemicals and substances that are foreign to your body. No good can come from that.
There are many herbs that are known to promote weight loss. Even in capsule form, but it is important to note that they should contain no ingredients you can't pronounce. If it does, its not natural! Of course, its not only what you eat that can be causing you to gain weight. Did you know that your shower water contains chlorine and fluoride? Thats only among the many chemicals. The skin is the largest organ in the body and soaks up whatever you put on it. Fluoride negatively affects the thyroid gland, which regulates metabolism.

All of the boxed foods and even produce you buy at the market are most likely unnatural and contain hundreds of thousands of unnatural chemicals and preservatives which you ingest when you eat. Yous body then builds up on toxins and is not working correctly. I suggest doing a few body cleanses. Many people lose a lot of weight simply by doing these, and it increases the quality of your overall health! These are a few to try, and I recommend learning about them to understand better how you are helping your body: Colon cleanse, full body cleanse, metal cleanse, and a candida cleanse (just to name a few). There are good products available that are ALL-NATURAL and organic. Be sure to find a reliable source.
(also be aware of certain products that have the label of "all-natural" that aren't really what they claim. They are legally able to call certain chemicals natural..I don't know why, and its ridiculous, but its true.)
And a few things you can do immediately which I do on a reular basis is take a few tablespoons of unrefined organic virgin coconut oil and a few tablespoons of raw organic apple cider vinegar before your meals. By doing this alone, you can lose a few inches. It helps your body to digest what you eat. There are also teas that can help you lose weight. Some are specifically designed to do just that. One tea that is good to drink about 3-4 cups a day is YerbaMate.
Well, I know that was a massive onslaught of info haha, and kind of just in general, but I hope I was able to help at least a little! Look into using herbs! They work great and will also regulate your health! Oh and, though I haven't read it, and I most certainly intend to, check out Kevin Trudeau's book The Weight Loss Cures "They" Don't Want You to Know About. Looks pretty cool, and he's a pretty reliable author.

The best on the market is free. It's called exercise. Without a doubt, this one works everytime. I know that's not what you want to hear, because after all, it requires effort.
But here's the deal...If you are serious about wanting to lose weight, then exercise is the only true method that allows your body to naturally burn the fat and calories. At least in my opinion.
So if you want to learn more about exercise and a good routine, then read this article. It may help you. I know you can do this, so start today and exercise for your health.

i use trimspa and it really helps. its where you take it 20min before you eat so by the actual time you eat,you already feel like you ate half your meal so it stops you from over eating.Then it takes a majority of the carb and slows down the process so you have a better chance of burning it before it gets turned into fat.
if you want a way to do it woth out pills. I am using a diet(until im positive im not pregnant) that is called the reverse diet.Is where you eat a large meal for breakfast,a medium meal for lunch and a small meal for dinner that way by the time you go to bed almost all the calories and carbs you have eaten have been burnt already through out your day.I have been using this for a month now and it has been working great for me but good luck with what ever you choose.

I found one called Proactol, its brand new and all natural, its made from a cactus, but is not hoodia. Its called a fat-binder you take the pills after you eat and they bind to the fat in you food and make it so that your intestines don't absorb it.
Like Xenical they can get you a jump start on your diet, but as soon as you stop taking them you need to make sure you have changed your eating habits or excersise because if you dont you will gain the weight back

You are better off staying away from those products. They are not good for you and can raise your blood pressure. If you want to lose weight start eating healthy by eating less and excercising. Stop eating fattening foods and start eating vegetables and fruits and things that are heatlthy for you.
