The safest amount of weight to loose a week is 2-3lbs according to Dr.'s but 10 lbs in 2 weeks is over kill. But the windsor pilates is a great exercise if you keep up with it. You won't loose 10 lbs by doing just the exercise alone. You have to eat healthy as well and it won't be done in two weeks you have to keep up with it over time and for a lifetime. It is a lifestyles change.
