You need to call the Center of Disease Control. The bird needs to be put down and frozen (they will need the body). You will likely be required to also send in any other birds you have.
All PEOPLE exposed to the bird will likely be quarantined, as you could have it and it has a very high mortality rate.
You need to make the call NOW, this is pretty serious and they need to figure out how your bird contracted the virus in the first place. It is still only in a few areas of the world.

call the cdc and get rid of the bird!!!

kill it and everyone its come in contact with. sorry , maybe thats a little extreme. see a vet and he will kill it.
