It's completely natural. I have two cats, 1 male and 1 female. The male is twice the size of the female but is completely dominated by her. Look at the way big cats behave in the wild. The females are quick, practical, hardworking. The males pretend they are in charge but do hardly anything! Try and show Thomas more affection to bolster his confidence and make sure that Tiny understands that this is to continue. You are the dominant one in the family. Set some rules for them both, so you can all be happy.

It could be simply that your male cat thomos has a more insecure, shy nature. He feels happy coming to you for comfort when he's in the bedroom, maybe tiny has a more dominant personality and makes thomos feel intimidated. Some cats are like this, the first one sometimes trys to exclude the 2nd newcomer.Play fighting is perfectly normal though,my cats used to love doing this, even though our oldest one was old at the time lol.If your cats otherwise dont seem to be having problems and there not fighting, then id rest assured that your cats are quite content together.

Cats just like humans have different personalities and can be trained. I had two cats living on a boat with me. they knew where and how to climb the ropes when they fell off. they knew not to play with the control lines but with only the two lines they were allowed to play with. And if I went out to visit and left my dinner of fish on the table I knew they would not touch it. They would wait for me to give them some. I spanked them at first, then all I had to do was say spank and they would stop what they knew was wrong. When storms came up they headed below deck. Cats are much smarter than people realize. I used to say, "Ball" and Micah would swat his ball to me and I would roll it back. Debra would hide in the floor cabinets and reach out and stop the ball. Great "Kids".

All cats have different personalities. He may be jealous of your other little furball. Or maybe he just prefers to have you all to himself.
When both kitties are together, make sure you give him plenty of attention also. He may be feeling left out to some degree.
I know that when Boomer is on my lap, if Dusty comes up....Boomer jumps down.
Before my Ozzy passed away, he owned me. I was "his" human. Nobody else was allowed to be on my lap if he was around. He would get u p on me and pick at Boomer till he jumped down. Then Oz would snuggle in against me and smile like he had made a major accomplishment.
Soooo dont take it personal about Thomas. He is just being himself. Just make sure you spoil him just as much as Tiny.

Male cats will never be as loving as female cats. Mine are the same, the Male gets jealous but only wants attention when he comes to you.

Hiya, I also have this problem but my two cats dont get on at all. They are both loving to us but jealous of each other, they tolerate each other But lets face it cats are cats, they do what they want to do and when they want to do it. Just do as we do show them both love (which i am sure you do, cause there your babies) and treat each one as an individual

I think that's probably normal. Just make sure they get enough attention and some extra toys to play with together (I have a big cat tree in my house).

Not all cats are the same. Some are super sweet by nature and some are mean as the devil. It's nothing you have done - it's just personalitites. I wouldn't worry too much.

Yes he's jealous.
Yes it's normal for cats to play fight.
Yes he's trying to assert his Alpha status.
Let them be, they both sound happy.
