I'm going on a trip and when I get there I want to make a special dinner but not everyone has the cuts of meat i need.

Many companies use dry ice and vacuum sealed bags. They also ship them express or overnight. There may be other companies that do them differently but I don't know of any or how they do them. Well, they also cook, process, can or make jerky out of it and then send them...

However, if you don't know what you're doing, you probably shouldn't. You might just have the companies that do mail them mail the cuts of meats you need to your destination. They also use special packing material that prevents the dry ice from making a mess or being dangerous.

There also might be regulation against it like the person above was probably thinking.

There are special cardboard boxes that are coolers, and use dry ice to keep it cold.
